TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Ownership

All items used including cake stands, serving vessels, apothecary jars, vases and other accessories from Angie B. Creative Event Styling remains, at all times, the property of Angie B. Creative Event Styling

 

2. Securing your booking

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (paid within 7 days of making a booking). The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your event.

3. Payment Options

We accept payments via online direct bank transfer or cash payments upon collection. Please allow enough time for funds to clear into our account before collection.

​

4. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking with us, you must notify us at least 8 weeks prior to the reserved date in order to refund your deposit. Otherwise the deposit is non refundable.

5. Damages and Breakages

All damages and breakages must be paid for. If a security bond has been nominated, the security bond will cover any breakages, chips, cracks or losses. The nominated amount will be deducted from your security bond upon their return.

 

6. Allergies and Consumption

Angie B. Creative Event Styling takes no legal responsibility or liability for any adverse reactions that may occur from allergies whilst the candy bar/ dessert table/ grazing table is on display and whilst being consumed. All candy bars contain lollies, chocolates and desserts which have traces of nuts. Angie B. Creative Event Styling must be notified of all allergies or specific dietary requests upon booking your candy bar or dessert table. Angie B. Creative Event Styling take no legal responsibility or liability for any adverse reactions, misfortune or consequences that may occur whilst the candy bar or dessert table is on display or being consumed.
